Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of sweets and snacks:

 Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

 Refunds are provided only if the wrong item is delivered or the product is damaged.


 Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
